We offer free returns on standard-size garments and accessories. You may return for a one-time even exchange, store credit, or a full refund to the original form of payment for up to 14 days after delivery is received, unworn, and unharmed. Original Tags must be still attached.
Items that are soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered will not be accepted. This includes any stains, makeup, deodorant markings, snags, cigarette smoke, perfume, animal hair, etc. If an item is determined to be as such, it will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
SIPEKI reserves the right to decline a refund if items are damaged or held for longer than 30 days after delivery.
Just email us at info@sipeki.com to request a return, and we will send you a label for your return package. Please track your return package as SIPEKI is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Any custom or altered garment cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if you need any adjustments or have any questions/concerns please let us know by emailing us at info@sipeki.com

Turnaround time for your custom made item is 14 business days (we are closed Saturdays and Sundays). Shipping then is estimated at 5-7 business days within the UK. Worldwide shipping is calculated at checkout. We do ship items out as we complete them, and will notify you when your order is out for delivery.
